01Convertive Data PlatformEvery ghost leaves a trail. We keep all of it.
Build a real-time data foundation for in-session conversion. Stitch anonymous and known activity into one live profile so every decision uses current shopper context.
Live profile
Watch one anonymous session become a profile.
Illustrative session. Sarah is a persona.
The session behind this profile
- 0:00: Lands from Instagram. Sarah taps an Instagram ad and lands on a collection page. No account, no email, no history. Anonymous profile anon_7f3d opened. Source, device and landing context recorded.
- 0:15: Adds a $129 boot to her cart. She compares two trail boots, checks the size guide, and adds the Ridgeline Trail Boot to her cart. Intent climbs with every product view. The add-to-cart pushes it past 0.7.
- 0:32: Hesitates at checkout. She checks the shipping cost again, scrolls back up to the price, and drifts toward the tab bar. High intent, price-sensitive, exit risk 82%. Decision requested.
- 0:33: Gets the right offer. “Complete your order today and get 10% off.” Three eligible actions ranked in 41 ms. A 10% today-only offer wins on expected lift.
- 0:38: Unlocks it with her email. She enters her email to claim the discount. anon_7f3d becomes a known profile. Six page views and her cart are stitched and synced to your ESP.
- 0:47: Buys before she leaves. Order placed: $116.10. Revenue attributed to the intervention. The outcome feeds back into the model.
Outcome: +$116.10. Anonymous visitor to known customer to order, in under a minute.

Questions
Data Platform, answered.
How does the Convertive Data Platform handle anonymous visitor data?
Convertive captures every behavioral signal from anonymous sessions — clicks, scrolls, cart activity, and pauses — and stores them in a live profile. When identity is captured, the anonymous history is stitched into the known profile instantly, with no data loss.
How is this different from a traditional CDP?
Traditional CDPs batch-process data from warehouse pipelines with hours or days of latency. Convertive Data Platform processes events in sub-second time during the live session, making data available for in-session decisioning while the shopper is still on-site.
Does Convertive work with our existing data stack?
Yes. Convertive ingests events from your ecommerce platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, SFCC, Magento) and can sync profile data back to your warehouse or downstream tools. It is designed to complement, not replace, your existing stack.
How does Convertive handle cross-device identity?
Convertive uses probabilistic and deterministic identity signals to link sessions across devices. When a visitor signs in or provides an email, cross-device profiles are merged automatically into one unified live profile.
